We see similarities between good company
organizational design and good live show production. There should be a sense of balance between the parts. Sustainability requires creativity coupled to proportion and utility. The more inclusive the design and resulting process the more capacity it has for creative perspective. A clear creative process of phases - imagination, revision, redirection, production- allows this inclusivity. Design needs to be a result of and to support safe communication as the creative result always reflects the way it was produced.
